As Warehouse Supervisor (Vorarbeiter), you will play a hands-on role in our warehouse, spending most of your time on the shop floor to support day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth, efficient and safe operations while promoting a positive and productive team environment. Ready to take on this challenge? This is your role:

Lead and support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, unloading, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
Guide and mentor warehouse associates, ensuring adherence to company policies and operational standards.
Assist with onboarding, training and developing team members to maintain a high-performing team.
Monitor workflows on the shop floor to ensure productivity targets, KPIs, and quality standards are met.
Uphold and promote a strong culture of health, safety and compliance in all warehouse activities.

What you bring

Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, logistics or a related field.
Strong communication skills in English (conversational level); basic knowledge of German is a plus but not required.
Forklift driver license and proficiency in operating material handling equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations effectively.
A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Capacity to think outside the box, finding the best solutions for pallet storage and optimizing warehouse layouts.

Das ist deine Rolle:

Leitung und Unterstützung des operativen Lagerbetriebs, einschließlich Wareneingang, Entladung, Kommissionierung, Verpackung und Versand.
Anleitung und Betreuung von Lagermitarbeitenden, um die Einhaltung von Unternehmensrichtlinien und Betriebsstandards zu gewährleisten.
Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung, Schulung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams für eine leistungsstarke Zusammenarbeit.
Überwachung der Arbeitsabläufe auf der Fläche, um sicherzustellen, dass Produktivitätsziele, KPIs und Qualitätsstandards eingehalten werden.
Aufrechterhaltung und Förderung der Arbeitssicherheit und Einhaltung von Vorschriften im gesamten Lagerbetrieb.

Das bringst du mit

Mindestens 1-2 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Lagerbetrieb, in der Logistik oder in einem verwandten Bereich.
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch (Konversationsniveau); Grundkenntnisse in Deutsch sind von Vorteil, aber nicht erforderlich.
Gabelstaplerführerschein und Erfahrung in der Bedienung von Flurförderfahrzeugen (MHE).
Ausgezeichnete Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, unerwarteten Situationen effektiv zu meistern.
Proaktive, pragmatische Arbeitsweise mit der Fähigkeit, ein Team zu motivieren und zu inspirieren.
Engagement für die Aufrechterhaltung eines sicheren und organisierten Arbeitsumfelds.
Fähigkeit, über den Tellerrand hinauszuschauen und die besten Lösungen für die Palettenlagerung und die Optimierung von Lagerlayouts zu finden.
