This is your role:

Take over ownership and responsibility for defining and implementing a successful Plantura App strategy, aligning & achieving both user and business goals, and ensuring seamless interaction with the digital Plantura ecosystem.
Develop a deep understanding and empathy for the pain points and needs of our target audience, creating creative and smart solutions around gardening and plant care while ensuring high product quality and user satisfaction.
Work closely with design, UX, marketing and engineering to generate new product ideas, evaluate them efficiently, and implement them promptly. Manage all stakeholders effectively and collaborate with other teams such as web or content.
Create and communicate roadmaps, work in an agile environment, and actively manage backlog and priorities – always prioritizing outcome over output.
Improve products and features measurably by approaching problems analytically and data-driven.

What you bring

6+ years of proven track record as product owner developing mobile apps in a digital B2C environment, and implementing a cohesive product strategy with a deep understanding of systematic product development.
Motivation, ambition, and team spirit to take hands-on responsibility for the introduction of new product features that generate value for user and business.
Proficient in defining, managing, and successfully completing software development sprints in fast-paced environments.
Affinity for numbers and technical understanding enabling the making of informed decisions and quick implementation.
Strong communication and prioritization skills along with significant experience in managing cross-functional teams in hybrid environments.
Minimum C1 in written and spoken German and English is mandatory.

Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Definition und Umsetzung einer erfolgreichen Plantura-App-Strategie, die sowohl Nutzer:innen- als auch Unternehmensziele erreicht und eine nahtlose Interaktion mit unserem digitalen Plantura-Ökosystem sicherstellt.
Du entwickelst ein tiefes Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse unserer Zielgruppe und findest kreative und intelligente Lösungen rund um Gartenarbeit und Pflanzenpflege. Dabei sorgst du für hohe Produktqualität und Zufriedenheit der Nutzer:innen.
Du arbeitest eng mit Design, UX, Marketing und Engineering zusammen, um neue Produktideen zu entwickeln, diese effizient zu bewerten und zeitnah umzusetzen. Du managst alle Stakeholder effektiv und arbeitest mit anderen Teams wie Web oder Content zusammen.
Du erstellst und kommunizierst Roadmaps, arbeitest in einem agilen Umfeld und managst aktiv Backlog und Prioritäten – immer mit dem Fokus auf das Ergebnis.
Du verbesserst Produkte und Funktionen messbar durch eine analytische und datengetriebene Herangehensweise an Probleme.

Das bringst du mit

Du hast mehr als 6 Jahre Erfahrung als Product Owner in der Entwicklung von mobilen Apps in einem digitalen B2C-Umfeld sowie in der Umsetzung einer kohärenten Produktstrategie mit tiefem Verständnis für systematische Produktentwicklung.
Du bist motiviert, ehrgeizig, ein Teamplayer und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für die Einführung neuer Produktfeatures, die sowohl für Nutzer:innen als auch für das Unternehmen Mehrwert schaffen.
Du bist erfahren in der Definition, dem Management und dem erfolgreichen Abschluss von Software-Entwicklungssprints in schnelllebigen Umgebungen.
Du hast eine Affinität zu Zahlen und ein technisches Verständnis, um fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen und schnelle Implementierungen zu ermöglichen.
Du besitzt starke Kommunikations- und Priorisierungsfähigkeiten und hast umfangreiche Erfahrung im Management von funktionsübergreifenden Teams in hybriden Umgebungen.
Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift auf mindestens C1-Niveau.
